You can buy Stickers even if you are not in France, just pick the International Fee option.
The stickers can be used about 50 times each (unless you stick it on an Angora Cat or on a Ice Cube, then it will probably be less)
Here are your three options:

Just like the first Poocers, you will receive two stickers.
Just like the first Poocers, the world will be your limit.(unless you have a spaceship)*
- The Premium Kit aka The Enthusiast
A lot to say? This kit has two extra stickers for you to Pooce twice as much!
